Cathedrals and Compression Socks

Hello from some town in the middle of nowhere, population 12 plus me.  Today was 13 miles, flat elevation, and 4.5 hours of trekking.  I stopped off in a pharmacy to get some stuff to help with my shins so now I have compression socks, some magical cream all in Spanish, a one time use ice pack, and acetaminophen.  I am not particularly loving my accommodations for tonight so if I needed a rest day, I think tomorrow’s place will likely be better.  It is going to rain all day tomorrow anyway, so it makes sense to add recovery from hypothermia to my rest day.

Love Ryan
